This beautiful, very large 1,610 square feet second floor condominium is located at the same level as the community pool, yet you have complete privacy from both outside terraces. The condominium is perfect for up to 4 family or friends to enjoy during any South Florida vacation stay.
2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are surprisingly roomy, and this delightful condo has attractive upgrades that put a premium on comfort and style. Striking luxury floors are done in hand-picked marble tile from Turkey, and the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout mean you're always within sight of an epic view. The two outside terraces are oversized and dramatically spacious, with the corner building location providing a west facing view that is perfect for taking in an unobstructed look at the inspiring and romantic sunsets. The outside terrace by the pool has both an outside living room section for lounging and an outside dining room section. The master bedroom is stylishly decorated, with a spacious king-size bed, a designer bathroom, and a flat screen TV. On the opposite side of the condominium is the second bedroom, which also features a king-size bed and a full bath. The living room offers a separate TV section with comfy seating completely separated from the dining area. The photos really show it all! Internet is included.
The building dates from 2009, brand new and designed to impress. The modern design demonstrates the quintessential “Miami look” and features several glamor touches, including an ultramodern infinity pool and sheltered patio area, gorgeous landscaping, and of course the unbeatable location. Deerfield Beach is a preferred vacation destination for a reason: the local beach is a favorite of surfers and boasts excellent water quality and conditions, and some of America's best lifeguards and safety services. Enjoy beach volleyball, water craft rentals, scuba & snorkeling, and more. Try “cable skiing” (think surfing + skiing + wakeboarding) at Quiet Waters Park. Needed a place for a week while our So Florida home was under repair. Fell in love with the pictures on HomeAway and was not disappointed at all! Apartment was clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Love the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants of Deerfield. I highly recommend this upscale property for a short stay or the whole season.

The Hemingway Condo is lovely, clean, and modern. We stayed there in early March at the start of spring break. Two adults and two teenagers, there was plenty of room, much better than a hotel room. Located 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, conveniently located to restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shop etc. Nice pool right outside the door also. Secure parking as well. Quite a nice accommodation. Nice kitchen but not quite stocked adequately. Property Management Company treated us well throughout the whole process.

Nice and elegant vacation home
Our family stayed in Hemningway Poolside during our Easter vaction. It was perfect for our family. With the private terrace with easy access to the pool area, our girls (9 and 4 years old)really enjoyed themselves. And with friends living in Deerfield, walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shops, the location couldn't have been better. With two parking spaces in the garage, we had easy access to our rental car, and had an extra space for our guests. The apartment is spacious,with a modern interior and at design that apeals to Scandinavian living. We are seriously considering this place again the next time in Deerfield Beach;-)

The condo was very well kept and had everything we would need including chairs and umbrella for the beach. The kids would still want to swim after coming back from the beach so it was nice to have the pool right off the back door. Would book again!

Gorgeous condo!
We had a wonderful stay at the Hemingway. Condo is beautifully appointed and the infinity pool is fantastic! The beds are all very comfortable – note, the fifth bed is a rollaway. Also remember to bring a hair dryer as there is not one available. We had an issue with the guestroom TV, however within minutes of sending an email the property manager showed up and fixed the problem. They are very responsive and care about the quality of your stay. We loved how close to the beach it was and that beach chairs and an umbrella were available for use. Highly recommend this rental and we look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful updated condo. A short walk to restaurants and beach. Pool was nice. Recent patio construction left a layer of dust on the outdoor furniture that we needed to clean. Other than that everything else was fine. Patio area is a beautiful space where we enjoyed playing cards and eating outside

Wonderful Vacation
Just spent 2 weeks in this property and had an amazing vacation. Walk to the beach, restaurants and shops was quick and easy. Pool outside the patio was amazing and warm...most of the time we had it to ourselves. The property description was accurate. The rental was very clean and well-maintained. We had excellent customer service and all questions/concerns were responded to promptly. We would definitely recommend this property to friends/family and will definitely be returning! Wonderfull apertment located only 2 blocks.from the beach. Apartment was safe, very clean and with a modern look. Bedrooms were nicely seperated and plenty of bathrooms.All the basic utilities and primary supplies were available (dishwasher soap, garbage bags etc)

Family week in Deerfield Beach
Our family of 4 had a great stay in Deerfield Beach. The kids were able to enjoy surf camp at the beach, and the adults were able to work remotely with a wonderful pool view. The location of this unit is close to restaurants and shops. The privacy of this unit was an attractive feature for us, and the pool was used almost daily by the family.
