The layout separates bedrooms for privacy, while offering shared spaces that invite groups to gather and socialize. Enjoy gorgeous 18” porcelain tile floors and recessed lighting throughout the home, with vaulted ceilings in the main rooms. All furnishings are brand new and in a lovely contemporary style. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and there's separate breakfast nook and dining room seating. The living room has custom wood paneling, a 60” LCD TV, and spectacular views of the water. Wireless internet is included.
The master bedroom is immense, with a king-size bed, a separate seating area, an enormous walk-in closet, a master bathroom with a frameless glass shower and a stand-alone tub, and sliding glass doors to access the pool and dock. The second bedroom also has sliding glass doors to the outside patio, and its own bathroom. Both the second and third bedroom feature queen-size beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen televisions.
The spacious pool area is shaded by palms and trees, and includes ample deck seating to enjoy warm sun and tranquil views of the canals. The private dock can accommodate large boats – wave to passing vessels or just relax and enjoy the tropical vibes. The outdoor area features attractive marble pavers and is perfect for meals and al fresco dining, with a covered patio table and chairs, a separate shaded lounge area, and a gas BBQ grill.
Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club is conveniently located a short walk away and offers more ways to enjoy your Florida getaway vacation, including athletic facilities, boat services, dining, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lighthouse Point not knowing much about the area. The house is amazing and it is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the the high traffic areas. It is a mile from the beach and close to many activities.

The house we rented was exactly as expected, very clean, beds and linens very comfortables! Quiet environment, perfect spot if you need to relax and rest! You will feel at home immediately, so much that you might end up by not going out and visit that much!! Just a little bit far from the action!

Fantastic stay at Lighthous Point Waterview
We stayed at Lighthouse Point Waterview for one week before Easter, and the house was absolutely great! We were 3 adults and 2 youngsters. The house is new and spacious and the location is situated perfect down by the canal. Actually the house is more spacious than the pictures give you an impression of. The pool area is very nice and clean. There were kayaks and bicycles available for us to use. To paddle in the canal in the afternoon was fantastic. There was also a Weber barbacue available that we used a couple of times. I would absolutely recomend this property!

Fantastic house great location , shame for such a great house for the outside furniture to be cheap plastic nothing comfortable to sit on and enjoy the pool and dock, but otherwise this would not stop us coming back to this house great open plan area and good bathrooms and bedrooms .

Superb Rental Experience
We rented this home for two months - January and February, 2019 - and have nothing but superlatives to describe ourl experience. It was decorated in a clean modern palette of white/turquoise accented with the warmth of wood. The layout was perfect, with three bedrooms separated from each other with enough distance to give everyone plenty of personal space. The three walk-in bathrooms were beautiful and convenient. The property was immaculate and well-maintained throughout our stay. What we enjoyed most was the gorgeous backyard, with the view being visible immediately upon stepping into the house. We so enjoyed having visitors walk in and say “Wow!” This was literally everyone’s reaction. The property is situated on a lovely block and while it is very quiet and peaceful, it is within close distance to the beach, numerous restaurants, shopping, supermarket, etc. Management was excellent. Not only would we recommend this property to a friend, but we’re already looking forward to staying again next year!

Beautiful Waterview
This is a beautiful vacation home with lots of what you need to make it your vaation. Having a dock was a plus for us, as we were able to keep a boat there. The garage had pool toys and kayaks. The pool is heated and maintained weekly. The house itself is better than a 5 star hotel and well maintained. All of the rooms are large and the bedroom are very comfortable. The area is ideal for beach, stores, restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood for running walking or just taking in the sights. The Realtor Runar is quick to respond and always helpful.

A lovely house
My stay in this rental was very interesting. The house was bright, clean and well furnished. When I arrived , Runar the manager was attentive about my events requests. As a note for next year, I would appreciate if Runar or anybody else would call me before coming to the house . As an example ,, the exterminator came while i was in the showers. Would it be possible to have a large parasol around the pool.

Another wonderful stay!
This is our second winter in a row renting this property (yes, we like it THAT much). We found the property to be just as immaculate and beautiful as in the previous winter. It’s location on a canal is heavenly, and it is very peaceful, yet restaurants, shopping and the beach are all very close by. We swam in the heated pool almost every day and used the grill often. When there was an issue, which inevitably occurs in any longer term rental, management was immediately responsive. The exterminator comes regularly, but has a code to the house and enters regardless of whether you are home. As another renter mentioned, this can result in a less than optimal outcome, as when people are still sleeping or in the shower. A call in advance would solve the problem. We found that for a longer term stay, the kitchen could be better equipped for cooking, although management was very quick to provide certain items we requested at the beginning of our stay. Still, we supplemented with additional cooking equipment. The layout of the house is very convenient with three bedrooms ( the master and one of the bedrooms are on separate sides of the house for privacy). All bedrooms have their own modern bath with walk in showers, which is a huge plus. Decor is light, bright and minimalist in a good way, highlighting the gorgeous backyard area. We have rented several lovely homes in this area, but this property has become our “home away from home” as it checks all our boxes. We’ll be back in 2021!

This home is absolutely wonderful! Huge flowing spaces. Beautiful finishes. And of course the gorgeous views of the pool and the canal. Spent the entire trip at the house. Used the Kayaks several time to explore but except for a daily run there was no reason to leave the home! Great house, great location!

Wonderful vacation
Beautiful property in a great location - convenient to everything, especially tons of amazing restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean with a little differed maintenance. my only comment is that this is owned by a rental company so the house comes with no extras. You need to buy all paper goods,spices, laundry and dishwasher detergent, etc. Also, you need to bring your own pool towels. The outdoor area is lovely and the pool was heated to the perfect temp!

Beautiful open floor plan , fantastic kitchen. Pool was warm the entire week we were there which was perfection. Home is close to everything. Patio furniture is a bit moldy & patio stairs are in need of repair by the dock, very easy to possibly trip and get hurt. And the master tub never gets warm so I was unable to live in it all week as I had hoped lol other then that it was a wonderful week and my family and I would definitely stay again.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay but : 1. Air conditioning not working very well, especially at night 2. The television of the two secondary rooms did not function well at all times 3. The frying pan was rust 4. Basic kitchen supplies were absent (dish cloth, garbage bag, rags, etc
