Great Vacation Villa
This home is just as pictured in the photos. The landscaping is outstanding and the pool area offers complete privacy with surrounding fence and trees. The house itself is clean but could use a fresh coat of paint, and some bathroom upgrades. All in all it was very comfortable for six adults, and we enjoyed spending many days of our month visit, just staying around the house and pool area. The pool is maintained weelly, and garbage collection is twice weekly. The community is very upscale and beautiful, and you can feel very safe at any time of day or night. The management team is easy to work with, and quickly tends to your needs. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again, or recommend to others.

Excellent Location, Clean, Pool Issues
We spent a week and decided to extend 4 days because we appreciated the place. Best points: leasurely 10 minute walk from the beach, clean, well appointed place with superb landscaping. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need including tools for the efficient barbq. Worst points: unfortunately, we were there during very heavy rains which made soil run off into the pool and made it unusable for a full week. This is very unfqortunate because the pool is very nice, the backyard is beautifully landscaped and it would have made our stay so enjoyable to dip into the pool heated to 83oF. The four bedrooms have good mattresses and bedding. They are not huge, probably 12' by 12' on average, but they do the job for sleeping. Three of them have their own flat screens! On cleanliness, the only issues was mold at the bottom of the shower drapes and in a little bit of the caulking around the bath. This can be cleaned easily, no big deal. There were a few repairs which were pointed out to the management company which were partly taken care of. No big deal. In a perfect set-up, there would be more lighting outside to allow for dining outside in the evening. It is just too dark after sunset to see what you are barbecuing or eating. This house caters to 8 persons. 6 persons would be very comfortable there, 8 would be a little bit tight, especially in the living room if everyone was going to watch TV. The proximity to the beach, nice pool, cleanliness and multiple bedrooms would make us rent again with the hope that the pool does not get contaminated by soil washed out by rain.

Perfect house and location - Very helpfull and service minded
We had a lovely time in Lauderdale-by-the-sea. The house match all the descriptions, both in terms of quality and location. We was 6 adults and 2 infants. Location is close to the beach, nice pool area with large grill facilities, in nice and quiet soundings. The property manager was friendly and helpful from check-in till check-out. Booking through Superior Florida Rentals went smooth, and was trustworthy and very recommendable. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful villa. Service minded It’s worth mentioning, that as a Scandinavian, it was a plus that it was possible to speak the local language with the rental company.

A wonderful vacation in Lauderdale by the sea??
The property and the house were wonderful, plenty of room and true to the pictures on the website, the location was also very nice. Overall I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating. Just a little disappointed with the Bbq. Very dirty took over an hour to clean the grills. But I'm sure that was just overlooked by the cleaning service. No big deal. We would use it again definitely. Thk you:)

Nice property. Good airco. a bit dark and outdated inside. Walk to the beach is a bit far, remember to bring an umbrella while it can be very hot. One of the bikes hat a flat tire. Lots of towels and bedding. very quite and safe neighbourhood. BBQ is cool.kichen is well equipped. secluded garden.

From beginning to end this was a wonderful vacation and experience. The house was exactly as advertised; clean, well located, and everything worked perfectly. The pool area was a mini oasis with plenty of chairs for everyone. We are a family of 6 (3 teenagers) - and there was plenty of space for all of us - inside and out.
Dealing with the property manager was a pleasure. They responded promptly to all requests and even accommodated our request for a late checkout (luckily no-one was moving in that night)!
I would highly recommend this property specifically - and the management company in general.

Clean and convenient
Goes on my shortlist for next trips and recommendation for friends. Clean and convenient for a family of 2+4. The pool area was superb and so was the house overall. The pool heating was malfunctioning one morning but the property manager sent a pool guy over immediately and it was fixed at once. Thank you for a terrific week.

Great ranch house steps away from the beach! Very cozy house, heated pool was a good size! Only negative thing pool could use two cleanings a week a lot of tree's in the back yard.

Family Vacation
We spent 1 month here in April 2017. The house was exactly as the pictures tell you, it`s a cozy house with a great location. We had a small problem with the washing machine, but the property manager fixed it very fast. The only "small" issue with the property, are the lightning outside at the pool area. I would recommend this house and the management company. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Family friendly fun!
We had a great time at this home with our two small children and grandparents. There were six adults and two kids and we didn't feel crowded at all. The pool and backyard is the perfect oasis to soak up the Florida sun and the house is very well appointed. only a 10 minute walk to the beach!! We will definitely be returning again soon!

Girl’s Getaway
The house was spacious, clean and beautifully landscaped. The only exceptions were the shower curtain in the master did have some mold and the pool could use more than one cleaning/week. The house is very well stocked from kitchen gadgets to beach chairs/umbrellas/toys. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Nice home for a family vacation
We chose this house for a family vacation, 2 adults and 2 boys. The house was spacious and comfortable. The backyard and pool was our primary place to hang out. The beach was only a short walk away from the house and easy to do with the kids. I did have one small issue with an appliance in the kitchen and management handled it within 24 hours. Loved the location of the house in that it was close to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely visit this area again.

3 Generation Family Vacation
We found the home to be very clean upon our arrival. Seating at the dining room table for all 7 of us was much appreciated as we eat all meals together. Enough seating outside was also great. We spent hours in the pool but the kids went to the ocean twice. The location is great, close enough to dining out but not located in the hubbub of too many people. We did call the management once but they sent someone out in a couple of hours.

As always you can find things to critique but we would definitely go back. The house needs some upgrades and attention. The king bed turned out to be a queen bed and the queen bed turned out to be a full bed. The bathrooms and TVs need updating and modernizing, but the kitchen and especially the pool/patio area was really nice. Can walk to the beach but we preferred driving 5 mins down the road. The exterior of the home and landscaping were pristine. The neighborhood was quiet, private, and really nice. Would love to see the updated but would return without them.

Sunny Vacation, Close to Beach
This place was truly a great, sunny getaway. While walking to the beach wasn't too clear, driving there was easy. A few minutes up the road is easy parking and access with lifeguard stations. The main drag of restaurants is close and the grocery store is closer. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did all of our cooking on the large gas grill. The pool area is large and very private with the trees around. The home is in a secluded, gated, and nice community.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. With 4 bedrooms there was plenty of space for our family of 6 and the pool was a great addition to the experience. We took a short walk to the beach and had a great time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Family vacation with teens
We usually choose a beach front condo. The kids are older now and I thought we would try giving everyone more space. This home was fantastic. The large kitchen and family area allowed us to enjoy family meals, movie nights, and there was space to have a puzzle out on 1/2 the table through the week. However, it was nice for everyone to have their own room to retreat to if they wanted to sleep in or take a nap. The location worked well for our needs. We snorkeled and scuba dived near the Lauderdale-by-the-sea pier, drove to Biscayne Bay National Park, went deep sea fishing, and enjoyed the beach access across the street (8 min walk).
