Pompano Beach Hacienda er et sødt hus på 103+ m2 beliggende direkte ved en lille kanal, der leder ud i Intracoastal Waterway. Dette er vores prisbilligste feriehus på Sydfloridas solrige østkyst og en favorit blandt små familier og grupper på op til fire venner.
To soveværelser og to badeværelser ligger på et areal, der er solrigt og varmt og ligefrem inviterer til afslapning. Det åbne plan er forbavsende rummeligt og perfekt til sammenkomster. Opholdsstuen har komfortable siddepladser og et stort fladskærms-tv. Køkkenet har granitbordplader, hårde hvidevarer i rustfrit stål og en dejlig morgenmadsbar. Spiseområdet har udsigt over gårdhaven bag huset og har så mange høje, brede vinduer, at det føles som at spise udendørs! Vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og trådløst internet er inkluderet.
Forældresoveværelset er lyst og veludstyret, med en kingsize seng og et forældrebadeværelse med spabad og Saturnia marmorvægge. Andet soveværelse har to senge til børnene, og begge soveværelser har fladskærms-tv. Det andet badeværelse har cabana-dør til poolen.
Udendørsarealerne er pragtfulde, især til familier med et budget. Det indhegnede område har masser af behagelige møbler og udsigt til poolen og kanalen. Poolen er opvarmet med kig til den private mole, hvor du kan smide en fiskesnøre i, hilse på de lokale søkøer eller bare vinke til skibene, der passerer forbi. Der er et overdækket, udendørs spisebord, behagelige liggestole og en gasgrill. Og solopgangen er særligt smuk her!
Du vil simpelthen elske Pompano Beach! Det er kendt i regionen som “Hjertet af Guldkysten” på grund af sin praktiske beliggenhed mellem Palm Beach og Miami, og fsordi det er en legeplads for sol og sjov med masser af parker, kilometerlange varme sandstrande, dykning og snorkling, leje af vandfartøjer, fiskeri og sightseeing fra den ikoniske over 300 meter lange offentlige mole og meget mere. Oppe af vandet igen kan man nyde shopping, gode restauranter, barer, og natteliv. Pompano Beach er dér, hvor ferieidyl skabes. Her er noget for enhver smag!

We are a family of four two adults and two children from Norway. We had a great stay at Pompano Beach Hacienda. The house was in a very excellent condition. It was clean and it was true to the pictures showed on Superior Florida Rentals web page. The pool area was very nice, and the pool was clean. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We all had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Review from a satisfied visitor
We have been renting houses and apartments in the US, Europe and Asia for many years and this house was definitely one of the better we've had.
Nice, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Good location with decent travel times to many locations (we visited Naples to beat the weather one day (2hr drive thru Everglades with alligator sighting, Saw-grass mall, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami Beach, Dolphin Mall etc.) One hour from Miami Intl.
Well-kept property, very clean, well equipped and a (warm!) pool. Several sitting areas outside and inside (and semi-outside with mosquito nets). Very good support from management. The only thing we would like to see improvement on is the sound from the pool system(?) that was disturbing at nights (primarily in the small bedroom). Well equipped with towels, Salt and pepper, detergent etc.. Loved the ice machine that we used a lot!
Overall, and compared to other places we have stayed at, we felt that this house was as good as, or better than, expected on all areas.

Beautiful place
We arrived at the house and had a good feeling right away. Everything was as the pictures showed us before booking. The house is perfect for a maximum of 4 people, ideal for families. My daughter loved the pool area and so did we, the pool right at a side arm of the Intracoastal is very nice. The beach isn't far away either, approx. 10 minutes by car. Shops are close (Publix approx. 7-8 minutes by car, a Whole Food slightly more). The neighborhoud is very nice and quiet, too. I am not with the one guest who felt annoyed by the train (which is more than a mile away). You can hear it, but for us it wasn't annyoing. And my wife usually hears the grass growing, and it did not annoy her. We felt save and in good company. We definitely consider coming back. The company runs the property professional. I had a good feeling dealing with them and that never changed. We highly recommend the house and the company! AAA-grade from us !

A small but nice little house that has everything you need. Quiet neighbourhood in an area which requires a car to get around. Very well kept back yard with a good sized pool. We were very pleased with everything and may well come back some time.

Great Florida Vacation!!
Needed to get away from New Jersey for a bit and booked this last minute trip. Place was the perfect size for our family of 4. Didn't feel cramped, and had more than we had hoped for. The pool was great and heated. The place had ample towels for bathing and sun bathing. We used the kayak with the kids, and there were even life jackets! It was close to several beaches and stores and just a great place to stay and hang out too. The owners had left lots of information about the surrounding areas, and the property management was so helpful but not over bearing. Loved it, and will book another trip there. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Home away from home
This was our second time staying in the house and we have booked it for next year too. Great location, safe neighborhood, we love the heated pool looking out at intercoastal, and a quick ride to beach, restaurants,and grocery store. Home is clean the only downside is kitchen not stocked well. Old pots, pans and containers, filter in refrigerator was replaced first year same one there this year and I bought potholders couldn't find any and didn't want to bother maintenance for such a small item. We still love this house and would recommend it.

Perfect stay
The house looked exactly like the photos - it was super clean (amazing housekeeping) and was the first rental that we didn't feel we needed to wash the crockery and flatware before we used it.
Pool was absolutely perfect, wonderfully warm and you could find sun or shade all day.
Wonderful bed in the main bedroom and fantastic TV selection.
The only downside for me was the power (or lack of) in the showers as it took ages to wash and rinse my shoulder length hair but my husband with his 'wide' parting had no trouble. This wouldn't stop me stayin again, I would just use less shampoo and conditioner :-)

Great home nice neighborhood
House is very easy to find by car and boat . House is nicely furnished and modern with plenty of parking. The beds slept great. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The pool is amazing even in January. The dockage was nice for our 35’ center console. We were looking for competing last minute and glad to have found this. We rent thru irenta lots and my husband and I agree if it’s one of their houses it’s gonna be what we like!

In the beginning was kind of confusing, because we were trying to check in, but it was two cars in the driveway all the time. And I was trying to contact the manager. But it was kind of a delay n the answers but at the end we were notified that the cars in the driveway belong to the owners but it was not mentioned on the description of the house. But then from that incident everything was smooth and quite. Good property, nice pool, quiet neighborhood. A lovely place to spend time with the family and do a lot of shopping. Sawgrass and Aventura mall very close!!!!! Great shopping and dinning around. Recommended!!!!!

Little Gem in Pompano Beach
We have stayed in Pompano Beach before and really enjoyed the quiet community. This property was convenient and centrally located. Fortunately I had read a review that the Owner's keep their cars in the driveway so we were not surprised by this when we arrived. It would have been helpful if it was mentioned by the management company with the check-in instructions. The house was clean, maintained and well equipped. It provided the perfect week of relaxation that our family was looking for.
