Huset, som tilbydes til små familier eller en gruppe på op til seks venner, er perfekt for alle, der søger hvile og adspredelse i et idyllisk tropisk miljø, der er både beroligende og mindeværdigt.
Hyggeligt og afslappet danner de tre soveværelser og tre badeværelser, som er professionelt indrettet i nutidens stil, de perfekte rammer for at nyde skønne tider med skønne mennesker. Ekstravagante arkitektoniske fingeraftryk emmer af luksus, blandt andet stuk overalt, designerinventar og granitbordplader. Gulvene i opholdsstue, forældresoveværelse og køkken er belagt med smukke travertinfliser.
Forældresoveværelset er rummelig og luftigt, med et betagende stort badeværelse og skydedøre, der åbner ud til poolområdet bag huset. Alle soveværelser har fladskærms-tv, attraktiv indretning og rigeligt med sollys. Opholdsstuen har sit eget store fladskærms-tv og rigeligt med siddepladser, så alle kan se med. Trådløst internet er inkluderet.
Den flisebelagte bagside af huset er hyggelig og har en pragtfuld pool med soppeafdeling, velholdt græsplæne og smukke palmer og indretning. Overdækkede siddepladser og et grillområde udgør et fristende midtpunkt for udendørs hygge – solnedgange og tidligt tusmørke er et magisk tidspunkt til at dvæle ved varmen og de svalende briser. Et par skridt fra poolen er kanalen og molen, som passer til de fleste små både og andre vandfartøjer.
Deerfield Beach-oplevelsen ligger kun en 20 minutters gåtur (eller en hurtig køretur) væk, hvor du kan få maksimal nydelse af Sydfloridas ferielivsstil, herunder varme sandstrande, berømt lokal surfstrand, skøn fiskerimole, dykning og snorkling, paddleboard og leje af vandfartøjer, butikker, restauranter og underholdning. The patio and pool area are just beautiful, plus if you own a boat the possibility exists to dock directly in rear of home on canal. The location is 3 blocks in from Federal Hwy (US-1), therefore convenient to eateries, gas stations, food stores, and shopping.

Love the home, pool, view and location. Anything you need is 2 blks. away on Federal Hwy. #1. Deerfield Beach area is 5mins. away with great eateries, etc. while looking at the ocean.

Lovely place!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was wonderful being on the quiet Intercoastal waterway, and my kids enjoyed the pool. The master shower is fantastic, and we had everything that we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful vacation retreat
This home is beautifully decorated throughout, and well equipped. The master shower, with nine shower heads is amazing. The pool is beautiful, although a little hot. You cannot heat the jacuzzi without heating the whole pool. My only disappointment was the master bedroom blinds, which did not open or close on one side. Thus, there was no way to block the morning sun when trying to sleep in. I called the property manager regarding the issue, but never received a return call. But I certainly would not let that detail mar a wonderful vacation.

Nice house in a nice area. Close to everything - restaurants, grocery and the Beach. There was only one thing that we were not satisfied with and that was No sharp knives and no proper eating knives/beef knives.:-)

We stayed at this beautiful, beautiful home two years in a row now and sorry to hear the owner is staying there next year :(. Great place. Master bed is Scandinavian style so there's a wood lip that runs around the whole bed. For a short person like myself it's a reach to get into bed. Also there plastic blinds that cover the living room doors out to the pool are cheap enough to break often. Aside from those 2 small issues, this place is top notch. Sunny all day. Clean. Management? EXCELLENT. Thank you Runar. Always accommodating, easy to reach, and professional.

This is a very good place for a family holiday. It was a pleasure for us to relax in this house. The only thing that worried us was the garbage truck arriving early in the morning and making very loud noise. But that's not the owner's problem.

Gorgeous Back Yard
The interior of the house definitely has some opportunities (broken lamps, furniture, and ice maker as well as well-worn beds) however, the exterior was stunning. We spent all our time in the gorgeous backyard and pool. The outdoor grill and furniture has been updated and is beautiful! We also very much loved the neighborhood and the ability to walk to lots of places.

Family Vacation
This was our first family vacation with my children. There were a few minor issues and there was a little issue with the heat in the pool which may have been due to very cool nights, but the property management team addressed everything immediately and we enjoyed our time very much in the pool. There was such nice privacy in the backyard and it was great. Hope to stay again in the future.

Friends reunion
My friends and I had a very relaxing time together. The house was very clean and well equipped. There were two things that we came up against. One, some of the outlets in the kitchen didn’t have power. Two, the pool seemed that it hadn’t been clean for a while. I skimmed it, which was no trouble or surprising. But, the bottom needed cleaning. It was very easy to check in and out.
